Lugo Morning

First before I forget to write it, greetings to the HEPCAMP Team, I know they have a big week of meetings and I’m sure it is going great! And hey to all my OMErs.

Today, a day off in Lugo, I’m not going to do to much touring, I’ve got priorities. Going to get a foot massage. I have to send a key back to an Albergue–it evidently got left in the bottom of my bag. I want to return it as not to mess up karma, don’t you know. And I have to get a stamp in my Camino credential from the Cathedral.

It is weird to have things I must do. Really my life has only revolved around: walking, sleeping, eating and walking again.

I will resist the great urge to dispense with my pilgrimage and fly to Madrid to welcome my dear friend Lisa Gillette and her family to their new life.  I’m so happy for her and her family; I know it is something she has always wanted.

A day off…what a concept.
